WHO MAY MENTORING SUPPORT
Could mentoring help?
Every young person experiences challenges differently. Mentoring may help when a young person needs a safe space to talk, practical guidance or consistent support from a trusted adult outside their immediate family or school team.
A formal diagnosis is not required
Jack will listen, learn more about the young person’s circumstances and help you decide whether mentoring could be the right support.
Mentoring may be helpful when a
young person is experiencing:
Low confidence or self-esteem
Anxiety or emotional wellbeing concerns
Difficulty understanding or managing emotions
Behaviour challenges
Low motivation or lack of direction
Poor attendance or school avoidance
Friendship or social difficulties
Family changes or difficult experiences
Life transitions or uncertainty
A need for consistent adult support
Taking the first step is simple

Tell Jack a little about the young person and the support you are looking for.

4. Mentoring begins
Jack builds a consistent relationship with the young person, with progress reviewed along the way.

Testimonials
Jack is a kind, friendly, and enthusiastic person whose positive energy had a wonderful impact on the children. They naturally responded to his bubbly personality, and he helped create a warm and support environment within the home. I would confidently recommend Jack as a hardworking, reliable and compassionate professional.
L Shayler, Senior Residential Support Leader
I can't recommend Jack highly enough. he is one of the most genuine, caring, and dedicated people I've had the pleasure of knowing. What stands out the most is how much wellbeing means to him - not just as something he talks about, but something he genuinely lives every day.
D Bax, The Wellbeing Locker Room
Throughout the time i have worked with him (Jack) he has consistently demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries. He always puts the young people in his care first, supporting them to develop their confidence, challenge themselves, and achieve their personal goals.
